RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love everything you purchase from Jordan Ashleigh, however if something does not work out, we're here to help!

• Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package.
• Please include your original invoice with your return and why you are returning
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
• Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND DAMAGE FREE. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, animal hair, or odors will not be accepted.The customer is responsible for return shipping fees-we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen returns 
• If an item is damaged upon arrival please email us within 2 days at info@shopjordanashleigh.com with a picture of the damaged item.  Items damaged upon arrival must be UNWORN and UNWASHED and returned within 7 DAYS of delivery date to be accepted for a return.
• Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded
• Please allow 3-10 business days for return processing
• Once your return is processed you will receive email or text confirmation
